Fat transfer for penile girth enhancement uses the patient’s own fat cells — harvested from the abdomen, flanks or inner thighs — to increase circumference. The fat is processed and purified before being injected into the penile shaft in precise layers, providing an immediate increase in girth with a natural feel.
Performed under general or spinal anaesthesia, liposuction is carried out first to collect the donor fat. The harvested fat is then centrifuged and injected beneath the penile skin using a blunt-tipped cannula, minimising trauma and ensuring even distribution.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) filler injection is the most minimally invasive option for penile girth enhancement. A medical-grade, biocompatible gel is injected beneath the penile skin to add circumference, with results visible immediately and no need for incisions or general anaesthesia.
Performed under topical or local anaesthesia, the procedure takes 30 to 60 minutes. A specialised technique is used to distribute the filler evenly around the shaft, avoiding lumping or asymmetry. Most patients resume normal daily activity within 24 to 48 hours.

No. All three girth enhancement procedures offered at Dr. Tas Clinic are designed to augment the outer circumference of the penis without interfering with the underlying erectile structures, nerves or vascular supply.
For the silicone girth implant, the device is specifically positioned above the corpora cavernosa — the erectile chambers — and does not compress or disrupt them. Erections, ejaculation, fertility and penile sensation are unaffected.
For fat transfer and filler procedures, the material is injected into the subdermal layer only, leaving all functional anatomy intact. The vast majority of patients report no change in erectile quality or sensation following treatment.
The amount of circumference gained depends on the procedure chosen and individual anatomy. Fat transfer can add 1 to 3 cm of girth, with final results apparent once post-operative swelling resolves at 6 to 8 weeks. Reabsorption of 30 to 50 percent of the transferred fat is expected, and a second session is sometimes performed to top up volume.
